Empowering the next generation

To support the training and development of future professionals, we offer apprenticeships as well as internships and entry-level positions to prospective business graduates, undergraduates and graduates.

For apprenticeships, we work with bildxzug, the vocational training association of Canton Zug, and provide young talent with the opportunity to complete an apprenticeship in the commercial or IT sectors. Our programmes offer an effective combination of specialised knowledge and hands-on work experience.

Our Graduate Programmes allow university graduates to spend 24 months in our Group functions and marketing departments, and to be actively involved in day-to-day business from the outset.

Local engagement

We are proud of our Swiss roots and share the bond that the people of Zug have with their canton. That is why we support local institutions, associations and events. Our local engagements are divided into the areas of education, culture, sport, and charitable projects and organisations. The beneficiaries range from small sports associations and artists’ groups to larger organisations, such as the Kunsthaus Zug, the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug and the local ice hockey club, EVZ (Eishockeyverein Zug).

The future needs commodities

…and lots of good ideas. That is why we place great importance on supporting innovative projects that relate to our core business and can also help shape the world of tomorrow.
